Q: Can I use acrylic or other blanks purchased elsewhere?
A: You can, but results may vary depending on the material quality, surface coating, and heat resistance. If you're using blanks not purchased from Diggymy, you may need to run a few small tests to find the ideal settings.
Q: Is the machine beginner-friendly?
A: Yes! Diggymy Heat Press Machine is designed for hobbyists and small creators. Even beginners can achieve great results by following our simple guides and suggested settings.
Returns & Warranty
Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: Yes, Diggymy Heat Press Machine includes a 1-year warranty covering non-human-caused defects.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the machine if it is unused and in its original condition.Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.For more details, please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy.
Q: What if my machine arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
