Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from diggymy.com.
If you are not, please review the policy below for returns, refunds, and order cancellations.


1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

Return Window:
We accept returns and refunds within 30 days from the date the product is delivered.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee:
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund or store credit.

Return Conditions:
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Product must remain in original, unused condition (e.g., security ties on machines intact, printer seal unbroken).

  • Must include all original packaging, accessories, and materials.

  • Must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the returned product is received, our team will inspect it.
If any damage or wear is found due to use, repair or maintenance costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for store credit:

  • Opened consumables (including inks, sublimation paper, or any other consumable supplies).
    Consumable items must remain completely unopened to be eligible.


3. Packaging Requirement

All equipment must be returned using its original packaging to prevent shipping damage.
Failure to use proper packaging may result in:

  • Return refusal, or

  • Additional damage compensation fees.


4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@diggymy.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

If your request is approved, we will provide:

  • A Return Authorization Number (RMA)

  • Detailed return instructions, including the return address

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval or without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the return is approved.

If approved:
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method.
Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If you do not receive your refund 20 business days after approval, please contact us at support@diggymy.com.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 72 hours (3 days) of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not entered the fulfillment process.

For cancellations made after 72 hours but before the order enters the fulfillment or shipping stage, a 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.

If the order has already begun processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
You may still submit a return request according to the return policy above.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@diggymy.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
