If your order is canceled, you will be refunded in full.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are non-refundable.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted under the conditions described in our Refund Policy.
All customers are responsible for return shipping and a standard 15% restocking fee for eligible returns.

Certain items such as opened consumables are not eligible for return.

7. Limited 1-Year Warranty (Equipment Only)

We offer a limited 1-year warranty on equipment purchased from our Site.
This warranty covers key functional components only and is intended to protect against defects that occur under normal, intended use.

  • Manufacturer defects

7.2 What Is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Consumables (ink, paper, accessories, batteries, etc.)

  • Wear-and-tear

  • Damage due to shipping, accidents, drops, or external factors

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration, etc.)

  • Damage due to using non-recommended materials or accessories

7.3 Warranty Process (Required Steps)

Before any replacement or warranty support is provided, customers must:

  1. Email support@diggymy.com

  2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

  3. Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  4. Describe the problem in detail

We may request additional documentation if needed.

7.4 Warranty Remedy

If the warranty claim is approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Provide free replacement of the affected key component, or

  • Offer alternative solutions depending on parts availability

Full machine replacements are not guaranteed.

The customer is responsible for installation of replacement parts unless otherwise specified.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including product images, graphics, text, logos, and software, is the property of Diggy or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

9. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
We are not liable for any unauthorized access due to failure to secure your login credentials.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diggy is not liable for:
